http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/05/health/pollution-child-deaths-who/index.html Every year, pollution does not only affect many, but kills many. According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 1.5 children are killed because of air pollution. The bad air is affecting the developing organs inside a child's body. Infants are at a much higher risks than toddlers and small children. An estimated 44% of the world's asthma is caused by air pollution. Not only are children affected by this, but unborn babies can be affected. The mother breathes in the bad air, causing it to go to the unborn child and which that leads to having poor lungs at birth or possibly a miscarriage.
What many people don't realize is that day by day, the air is getting worse and worse. The air is especially bad in cities, where space is limited and there is a lot of construction and bad gases expanding.Pollution has gotten to the point where it causes deaths of children and possibly adults as well. In order to solve the problem, many should find ways of not affecting the air and environment around us.
